Pursuant to order dt. 29.09.2022, the mentally ill person
viz. Rambabu Thakurdas Kumar was authorized to admit for 10 days
with the Mental Health Establishment for assessment of required
treatment. Today as per the report, bearing OW No.7367/2022
dt.14.10.2022, it is informed that said person is moderate to severe
intellectual disorder with behevarial problems. Said report also discloses
that his relatives are not found and his information is circulated all over
India but still no one relative appeared. Furthermore, the medical report
reflects about the inability of said person to take care himself.
Therefore, in such facts and circumstances, said Mental Health
establishment is directed to take care of Rambabu Thakurdas Kumar
and give him proper treatment until he fully recovered or stabled. His
further admission is required and said Mental Health establishment is
directed to release said person after his full recovery. Accordingly,
notice stand disposed of.
