The complainant and his Ld. Advocate are absent, when
called repeatedly. The record shows that, the Hon’ble Sessions Court in
Criminal Revision Application No.13/2024 remanded the matter for
fresh hearing by setting aside order and directed to this court to
conduct fresh hearing by giving opportunities to the parties. The said
order came to be passed on 25/09/2024. this court issued notice to the
complainant on 28/01/2025 by RPAD which is at (Exh.-16).
2. Accused and his Ld. Advocate are present. The complainant
despite of opportunities failed to appear before this court and to
proceed with the case therefore, it reveals that, the complainant has no
interest to proceed with the case. Therefore, the proceeding is closed.
