applicant further in custody and except pre-trial
punishment which is contraiy to law and deprecated by the
Hon'ble Apex Court.
8. In the present case, there is no such likelihood which is at
all likely to affect the course ofinvestigation or influence the
administration of justice. That the applicant would not
tamper with any prosecution witness or any evidence in any
manner.
9. That the applicant is ready to abide by any terms and
conditions that may be imposed by this Hon'ble court while
granting bail as the court may deem fit in the interest of
