is withdrawn, it makes no difference. Hence, I pass following order.

2. In view of order below application Exh.22 complaint stands
dismissed as withdrawn.
3. The proceeding stands closed for the reason of death of
accused.
4. The Bail Bond of accused stands cancelled.
