COMMITTAL ORDER
Both accused are produced through V. C. R. Accused is charged with
the offence punishable U/sec 366, 376 (2)(L)(N), 34 IPC Offence punishable
U/sec 366, 376 (2)(L)(N) are exclusively triable by the court of Sessions. The
copies of police report and other documents as specified in section 207 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the both accused. Accused
No. 1 is represented by Advocate Shivaji Farkate and Accused No. 2 is
represented by Advocate A. S. Kasare. The case will have to be committed to the
Court of Session. Hence the order :
1. Case be committed to the Court of Session.
2. Both accused are remanded to Magisterial Custody until
commitment of the case and also during and until the conclusion of
trial before the Court of Sessions vide section 209(A) and (B) of the
Code of Criminal procedure.
3. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the both accused before
the Court of Session on 15/01/2020.

4. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court of Session.
5. The Police Station Officer, of Kherwadi Police Station be directed
to produce muddemal property in the court of Session on or before
15/01/2020 positively.
6. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment the case to
the Court of Session.
