ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1] The applicant Nabi Ali Shaikh s/o Anwar Ali Shaikh is
praying for direction to respondent to register death his father namely
Late Ansari Ali Shaikh S/o Mohinuddin Shaikh.
2] The applicant claims to be son of Anwar Ali Shaikh.
However, he has mentioned his father's name as Ansari Ali Shaikh in
his application. He has also mentioned the same name in his Affidavit
also. In such situation, it is difficult to pass appropriate order in view
of the said discrepancy. Therefore, the relief as claimed by the
Applicant cannot be granted. Hence, the application is rejected.
