Order Below Bail Application
1. The accused Mr. Akshay Gorakh Shelke has filed the bail
application. Perused application and say filed by Ld. A.P.P. Heard both
side.
2. The accused is charged for offence punishable under Sections
319(2), 318(4), 238, 61 of the B.N.S. and Section 66-C, 66-D of the I.T.
Act. It is alleged that all the accused have made conspiracy and cheated
the informant for Rs.1,93,06,000/-. Huge amount involved. Offence is
non-bailable. Considering the modus operandi and the nature of offence
and the accused is not entitled to enlarge on bail. Accordingly I proceed
to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be sent to accused immediately through
the e-mail of the jail.
