COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is present. He is on bail. Accused is charged with the
offence punishable under sections 376, 313, 504, 506 of I.P.C.
r.w.66(c) of Information Technology Act. The offence punishable under
Sections 376 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code are exclusively triable by
the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents as
specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. The accused is represented by Lawyer. Hence,
considering the nature of the offences, the case will have to be committed
to the Hon'ble Court of Session. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
1. The case be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
2. The accused is directed to appear before the Hon'bleCourt
of Session on 29/05/2025.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Session.

4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Khar be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or
before 29/05/2025.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
