ORDER
1. The present application for return of seized property i.e.
mobile seized by the santacruz police station in connection with C. R.
No.1072/2025, registered U/Sec.78, 79 of The Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita, 2023.
2. I.O. by filing his say dtd.22-09-2025 contended that no
such mobile handset of samsung galaxy A35 has been seized. APP Shri.
Joshi also filed the reply in consonce to the say of investigating officer.
3. From the say of IO it revels that no such mobile handset as
contended by applicant is seized or recovered by the police. Therefore
no question arise for issuing direction regarding return the mobile as
prayed. Hence, I proceed to passed following order.
