cognizance.
And I hereby direct that, you be tried by the said Court on
the said charge.

Charge : U/sec. 8(c) r/w 27 of the NDPS Act
ORDER
Accused is voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with
which he has been charged and requested for leniency. He has
submitted written application in support of his plea. His plea
being voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict him for the
offence he has been charged. Considering the nature of the
offence, I pass following order.
The accused is convicted U/sec 252 of Cr. P. C. for the
offence punishable U/sec 8(c) r/w 27 of the NDPS Act and
sentenced to suffer S. I. for 7 days and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/
(Rupees Three Thousand Only) in default of payment of fine the
accused to suffer S. I. for 7 (Seven) days.
Copy of the judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
