1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. Though accused/applicant not filed any bail application at relevant date
i.e. 26.08.2022, it is inadvertently mentioned in the order passed on said day
that her bail application is also rejected, though she has not applied for bail,
rather she had applied for obtaining of certain papers relating to investigation.
After filing of charge sheet the Investigating Agency challenged, her bail
order before Sessions Court. In the proceedings under challenge, it is
contended before Revisional Court, by Investigating Agency, that her bail
application during remand proceedings before charge sheet was rejected by
the said order dated 26.08.2022. Hence, she filed present application, Exh.56,
for correction/rectification of this typographical mistake.
3. From the record it is clear that at relevant date accused Ms. Priyanshi
Kandpal, has not filed any bail application, rather she applied for obtaining
copies of certain papers relating to investigation. But on account of
inadvertence typographical mistake occurred and it is observed in order clause
that her bail application is also rejected, though it is an application for
obtaining papers relating to investigation.
4. The record further reflects that the said applicant/accused applied for
bail during remand proceedings on 25.07.2022, by filing bail application
bearing No.2777 of 2022, and the said application was rejected by this court
by its order dated 29.07.2022. The record further reflects that she has granted
bail by allowing her application bearing Bail Application No.4194 of 2022,
vide common order dated 20.10.2022.

5. Thus, there is no bail application filed by Ms. Priyanshi Kandpal,
which was rejected on 26.08.2022. The said typographical mistake needs to
be rectified hence, following order -
ORDER
Application is allowed, order dated 26.08.2022, is rectified accordingly.
