:ORDER:
Accused Mr. Mansrim Jahir Miya is produced before the
Court today along with charge sheet. He wanted to plead guilty. He is
informed of the maximum sentence to be imposed against him. He still
maintained his plea. Satisfied with the plea that he pleaded guilty
voluntarily, his plea is accepted. Heard Ld. A.P.P. and Advocate for
accused. Considering the nature of offence, following punishment
would be meet ends of justice. Hence, I proceed to pass following
order :
ORDER
1. Accused Mansrim Jahir Miya is convicted as per Section
252 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U/Sec.8(c) r/w.27 of
N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-
(Rupees One Thousand Only) in default to suffer S. I. for one
month.
2. The bail bond of the accused, if any stands cancelled.
3. Copy of order be given to accused free of cost.
