Today, abovesaid accused appeared before me and submitted
that he want to plead guilt. He is identified by his advocate. Particulars of
offence is framed against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty.
Heard accused in person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as
he is only earning member in his respective family. Considering the nature
of offence, circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents of the
accused & his age, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused Richard Diago Fernandes is hereby convicted for the
offence under 281 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and sentenced to pay fine
of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only), and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days.
2. He is hereby convicted for the offence under 125 of Bhartiya Nyay
Sanhita and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one
thousand only), and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 10 (ten) days.
3. He is hereby convicted for the offence under Section 184 of
Motor Vehicle Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-( Rupees
one thousand only), and in default of payment of fine, to
suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days.

4. He is hereby convicted for the offence under Section 185 of Motor
Vehicle Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Thousand only), and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 10 (Ten) months.
5. Seized vehicle, if any, be returned to it’s original owner,
after due verification.
