jurisdiction of Nirmal Nagar Police Station, you accused parked
tempo bearing No.MH03CP7144, in a manner which may cause
danger, obstruction or injury to any person in any public way or
public line of navigation and thereby committed an offence
punishable U/sec 283 of Indian Penal Code and within my
cognizance.
And I hereby direct that, you be tried by the said court
on the said charge.

Charge : U/sec. 283 of Indian Penal Code
Accused is voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with
which he has been charged and requested for leniency. He has
submitted written application in support of his plea. His plea being
voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict him for the offence he
has been charged. The offence punishable with fine which may extend
to Rs. 200. Considering the nature of the offence, I pass following order.
ORDER
i) Accused is convicted vide section 252 of Criminal Procedure
Code for the offence punishable U/sec 283 of the Indian Penal
Code. He is directed to pay fine of Rs. 200/ (Rs. Two
Hundred only) in default, he is sentenced to suffer Simple
Imprisonment of 8 (Eight) days.
ii) The copy of the Judgment be given to the accused.
