COMMITTAL ORDER
This chargesheet is submitted against accused before this
Court by Sr. Inspector of police, Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai for the
offence u/sec. U/sec. 307, 326, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Copy of chargesheet is furnished to the accused.
The offence punishable u/sec. 307 of the Indian Penal Code
against accused are exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
Hence, this case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, u/sec.
209 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The accused no.1 is in jail. The jail authorities are directed to
produce the accused no.1 before Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on
25/03/2019. The accused no.2 on bail. He is directed to appear before
Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 25/03/2019.
The record and proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Bombay forthwith. The Dharavi police Station is hereby directed to
produce the muddemal property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Bombay as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be
intimated accordingly.
