ORDER
Read complaint, verification of complainant. Perused the
documents placed on record.
According to the complainant accused persons have
induced the complainant to advance the loan to accused No.1 company
with intention of causing wrongfull gain to them and wrongfull loss to
complainant.
The complainant’s verification statement discloses that,
accused falsely represent regarding of loan and issued the cheques,
which are afterwards dishonoured. Hence, complainant proved
prima-
facie case. Therefore, issue process under section 420 r/w.s. 34 of I.P.C.
against accused persons.
Case be registered Summons Warrant(SW) case.
