ORDER
Read complaint, verification of complainant. Perused the
documents placed on record. Heard Ld. Advocate for complainant.
According to the complainant accused persons induced the
complainant to advance the huge loan to accused No.1 company with
intention to causing wrongfull gain to them and wrongfull loss to
complainant.
The verification statement of complainant & documents on
record discloses that, accused falsely represent regarding repayment of
loan and issued cheques, which afterwards dishonoured the essential
ingredents of section 420 of Indian Penal Code made out. Complainant
proved
prima-facie case, hence, issue process under section 420 r/w.s.
34 of I.P.C. against accused.
Case be registered Summons Warrant (SW) case.
