1. Perused record. Ld. Advocate for the main accused, who is on bail
named as Mr. Mohd. Faiyaz, present. He also appeared today on behalf of
absconded accused Mr. Altaf Sharfuddin Shaikh, and filed application for
his surrender in these matters as per order of Supreme Court passed in
Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s).9833 of 2024.
2. The accused Mr. Altaf Sharfuddin Shaikh, is taken in magisterial
custody upto 03.09.2024. Inform I.O. of C.R.No.95 of 2024, registered
with Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai.
3. In view of peculiar facts and circumstances accrued on account of
the order of Supreme Court the date is preponed today and above order is
passed. Ld. Advocate Shri. Sandesh Manikhedkar, who is representing
both the accused persons informed that the bail compliance of accused
Mr. Faiyaz Sharfuddin Shaikh, not done. Permission granted to done such
bail compliance before Sessions Court as another accused is in custody
and matter needs to be committed earliest.
