COMMON ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATIONS
IN C. C. Nos.2098, 2099, 2111 and 2112 of 2024

1. In all the above four matters, accused persons Mr. Deepak Ramsing
Jatav and Mr. Vinit Jagdish Baheti, filed these applications for bail on
second occasion, after filing of charge sheet as their initial applications
were rejected before filing of charge sheet. The collective grounds for
prayer for bail can be summarized in a sense that they are innocent. Even
after completion of investigation there found no connection between them
and alleged acts. The evidence is now collected and investigation is over.
They are poor and there are dependents on them. One of their friend
misused their accounts, besides other grounds.
2. Ld. A.P.P. objected to bail applications mainly on the grounds that
allegations are serious. Involvement of the accused persons transpired.
Investigation though completed there is possibility of tampering and
absconding of accused.
3. The submissions of both the parties are in tune with their respective
contentions.
4. The summary of the allegations is that under the pretext of
providing good returns for investment certain unknown persons lured all
these informants and extracted from them total amount of about
Rs.17,00,000/-. For transferring those amounts the accounts of both these
applicants were used. The record of investigation reflects that both these

accused persons allowed their accounts to be used by absconding accused
persons in consideration of some commission.
5. The total amount involved in all these matters is not much high.
Accused are in custody since long. They are ready to remain abide by the
conditions. The evidence is in the form of electronic record which is
already seized and in custody of third persons. As such possibility of
tampering is almost nil. Accused are ready to remain abide by the
conditions. Offence is triable by this Court itself. The conclusion of trial
will take much time. Considering all these aspects and facts and
circumstances and reasons assigned in the bail application following
order-
ORDER
a. All the applications in all these four matters are allowed.
b. Accused persons Mr. Deepak Ramsing Jatav and Mr. Vinit Jagdish
Baheti, are released on bail on their furnishing, in each of the matter
separate P.B. and S.B. of Rs.30,000/-. Permission granted to deposit cash
security instead of surety bond.
c. Accused shall furnish their detail addresses and proofs thereof, in
each matter separately.
d. Copy of this order shall be kept in all the four matters.
