ORDER BELOW EXH-1 & 2
In view of writ and orders dated 29.03.2023 in criminal
writ petition (Stamp) No.4008/2023 of the Hon'ble Bombay High
Court, the FIR bearing CR No. 131/2018 for the offences punishable
under section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 511 r/w 34 of Indian Penal
Code and all consequential proceedings has been quashed. The present
charge-sheet filed in this CR. As per the order, compliance was directed.
The said complianace is made by the complainant No.1 & 2 as per the
urgent letter from Hon’ble Deputy Registrar (Criminal ‘B’ Branch) dated
28.04.2023. Ld. Advocate has given a pursis at Exh-2 about the
compliance. The Ld. Advocate also produced original letter of
compliance dated 17.04.2023 at Exh-4. The writ is duly complied by the
complainant. In view of the the compliance, there is no point in keeping
this charge-sheet pending. Thus, proceeding stands disposed of. It be
closed. Accused is acquitted. His bail bonds stands cancelled. Cash bail,
if any, be returned to accused.
