ORDER BELOW EXH.1
From the record it is clear that the respondent banks
intentionally disobeyed the order of this court. Despite repeated follow
ups by the applicant and concerned police station the respondent Banks
not complied with the order of repayment of the amount lying in the
respective accounts maintained with those banks. It can be said to be a
willful disobedience. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
A. Issue show cause notice to all the respondent banks and they are
herewith directed to explain as to why the necessary action shall not be
taken against them under the Contempt of Courts Act and reference shall
not be made to Hon’ble High Court, for initiating contempt proceeding
against them for willful disobedience of order of this court.
B. Service of notice by R.P.A.D. allowed. The permission is also
granted to applicant to do the alternative service of the notice on the
respondent through their registered email addresses. Put it on 23.10.2024.
