ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Read complaint and verification statement (Exh.-2) of
complainant. Perused documents placed on record.
2. Heard Ld. Advocate Shri S. K. Pande for complainant.
3. According to the complainant accused persons have assaulted
him and also abused him in filthy language and threatened him. Accused
also have taken away gold chain and cash amount of complainant.
4. In verification statement at (Exh.-2) the complainant
categorically stated that, accused persons have beaten him and taken
away his gold chain and amount, they also abused him and threatened
him. The complainant has
prima-faciely made out the case against accused
persons. Hence, issue process under section 323, 379, 504, 506 r/w.s. 34
of Indian Penal Code against accused persons.
The case be registered as Summons Triable case.
