Judgment on Admission of guilt by accused
Today, abovesaid accused appeared before me and
submitted that they want to plead guilt. They are identified by their
advocate. Charge is framed against them, to which they voluntarily
pleaded guilty. Heard accused in person. They submitted that lenient
view may be taken as they are only earning member in their
respective families. Considering the nature of offence, circumstances
under which it is committed, antecedents of the accused & their age, I
proceed to pass following order :-
ORDER
1. Accused No.1, 2, 5, 6 & 11 are convicted for the offence u/Sec.
188 r/w 34 of I.P.C. and sentenced to pay fine of र 1000/-
( Rupees one thousand only) each, and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days each.

2. Said accused are convicted for the offence u/Sec. 336 of
I.P.C. and sentenced to pay fine of र 250/- (Rupees Two
Hundred Fifty thousand only) each, and in default of payment
of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 (Two) days each.
3. Said accused are convicted for the offence u/Sec. 285 of I. P.C.
and sentenced to pay fine of र 1,000/- ( Rupees One thousand
only) each, and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days each.
4. Said accused are convicted for the offence u/Sec. 269 of
I.P.C. and sentenced to pay fine of र 500/- ( Rupees Five
Hundred only) each, and in default of payment of fine, to
suffer simple imprisonment for 5 (five) days each.
5. Said accused are convicted for the offence u/Sec. 270 of
I.P.C. and sentenced to pay fine of र 500/- ( Rupees Five
Hundred only) each, and in default of payment of fine, to suffer
simple imprisonment for 5 (five) days each.
6. Said accused are convicted for the offence punishable under
section 2 punishable under section 3 of Prevention of Epidemic
Diseases Act, 1897 and sentenced to pay fine of र 1000/-
( Rupees One Thousand only) each, and in default of payment
of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days each.
7. Said accused are convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 51(b) of National Disaster Management Act, 2005 and
sentenced to pay fine of र 1000/- ( Rupees One Thousand only)
each, and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days each.
8. The accused is convicted for the offence punishable u/sec. 4
which is punishable under Section 21 Cigarettes and other
Tobaco Products (Prohibition and Distribution) Act, 2003 and
sentenced to pay fine of र 200/- ( Rupees Two Hundred only)
each, and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 2 (Two) days each.
9. Case to proceed against accused Nos. 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13
and 14.

10. Seized muddemal be preserved for trial of accused Nos. 3, 4, 7,
8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14.
