Particulars of offence :
That you both accused on 26/10/2017 between 17.00 to 17.45 hours in
the jurisdiction of Khar Police Station at the back side of Ampi Theater, Carter Road, Khar
(W), Mumbai found consuming Narcotic substance like “Ganja” illegally and thereby
committed an offence punishable U/Sec. 8 (c) r/w 27 NDPS Act. within my cognizance.
Mumbai dated this 25th day of November , 2019.

ORDER
Both accused voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with which they have
been charged and requested for leniency. They have also submitted a written application
pleading guilty to the charge. Their plea being voluntarily one, I accept the same and
convict them for the offence with which they have been charged. Considering the nature of
the offence, I pass following order.
ORDER
Accused no. 1. Purshottam Jayram Bhosale and accused no. 2.Nasim
Shamshad Khan are convicted U/Sec. 252 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U/Sec.8
(c) r/w 27 of NDPS Act and sentenced to suffer S.I. till rising of the Court each and to pay
fine of Rs.2,000/ (Rupees Two Thousand only) each, in default of payment of fine, the
accused to suffer S.I. for 10 days each.
Copy of the order be given to the accused free of cost.
