Cross examination of CW-01- Mrs.Husna Sayyed by advocate Mr. Firoz
Mulani for the accused :
26. Accused is my husband but we have separated since last so
many years. We married on 02.10.2017. We were knowing each other
for more than two years before our marriage. Its our love marriage. I
gave Rs.2,50,000/- by RTGS on 09.03.2017 to the accused. I also paid
Rs.50,000/- by cash to the accsued on the same day. It is true to say
that I gave said amount prior to our marriage. It is not true to say that
at that time we were staying together. It is not true to say that at that
time I was in need of cash amount. It is not true to say that therefore, I
made payment by RTGS to accused and obtained the amount from him
in cash. It is not true to say that accused has not taken any loan from
me. I do not remember since when we are residing separately. I do not
know that we are residing separate since 16.09.2018. It is not true to
say that the cheque was given after our separation. It is not true to say
that accused is not liable to make any payment to me. It is not true to
say that I have taken the subject cheque out of the pocket of the
accused behind back. It is not true to say that accused has not given
any cheque to me. It is not true to say that I have filed false case
