Particulars of offence :
That you accused with other accused on 24.08.2018 at 20 : 40 hours in the
jurisdiction of Khar Police Station at Hapipola, 5th Road Khar (W), Mumbai found using
combustible material in Hotel kitchen knowingly or negligently omitted to take such order
as sufficient to guard against the probable danger to human life from any such fire or other
combustible material, and thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.285 r/w 34 of
IPC within my cognizance.
Secondly, you accused with other accused on the above said date, time and place
contravened orders, knowing that an order, namely necessary protective measures,
promulgated by Assistant Commissioner, 'H' West Ward, Bruhan Mumabi Mahanagar
Palika, lawfully empowered to promulgate the said order where under you were directed to
abstain from using fire or combustible matter at above mentioned place so rashly or
negligently as to endanger human life or likely to cause hurt or injury to human life and
thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.188 r/w 34 of IPC within my cognizance.

ORDER
Accused voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with which he has been
charged and requested for leniency. He has also submitted a written application pleading
guilty to the charge. His plea being voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict him for
the offence with which he has been charged. Considering the nature of the offence, I pass
following order :
ORDER
Accused Virendra Meghaji Patel, is convicted U/Sec.252 of Cr.P.C. for the
offence punishable U/Sec.285 of the IPC and sentenced to suffer S.I. till rising of the Court
and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/ (Rupees One Thousand only), in default of payment of fine,
accused to suffer S.I. for 7 (seven) days.
Accused is further convicted U/Sec.252 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable
U/Sec.188 of the IPC and sentenced to suffer S.I. till rising of the Court and to pay a fine of
Rs.1,000/ (Rupees One Thousand only), in default of payment of fine, accused to suffer
S.I. for 7 (seven) days.
Seized Property in crime be returned to accused.
Copy of the order be given to the accused free of cost.
