Today, abovesaid accused appeared before me and submitted
that they want to plead guilt. They are identified by his advocate.
Particulars of offence is framed against them, to which they voluntarily
pleaded guilty. Heard accused in person. They submitted that lenient
view may be taken as they are only earning member in their respective
family. Considering the nature of offence, circumstances under which it is
committed, antecedents of the accused & their age, I proceed to pass
following order :
O R D E R
1. All accused are hereby convicted for the offence under 281 r/w 54
of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.
1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) each, and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days
each.
2. They are hereby convicted for the offence under 125 r/w 54 of
Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-
(Rupees one thousand only) each, and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days each.

3. They are hereby convicted for the offence under Section 184 of
Motor Vehicle Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/- each
( Rupees one thousand only), and in default of payment of fine, to
suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days each.
4. Seized vehicle, if any, be returned to it’s original owner,
after due verification.
