That, on 12.11.2019 within the jurisdiction of Dharavi Police Station,
you all accused in furtherance of your common intention parked your taxi
as there is no Taxi Stop and thereby caused danger, obstruction in the
public way and thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.283 r/w
34 of IPC and within my cognizance.

And I hereby direct that, you be tried by the said Court on the said
charge.

JUDGMENT ON ADMISSION
(Delivered on 20th day of November, 2019)
1. Today, accused no.1. Mariyarai Raippan Nadar, 2. Salman Mohd.
Sharif Shaikh, 3. Mohd. Yakub Baba Hussain, 4. Imran Ahmed Gulam
Waris Ansari and 5. Wasim Kadar Khan are produced before Court by
Dharavi Police Station along with chargesheet. On particulars of offence
being explained to them in vernacular, they voluntarily pleaded guilty.
Hence, I hold the accused guilty for the offence punishable U/Sec.283 r/w
34 of IPC.
2] Heard the accused and Ld. A.P.P on the point of sentence. The Ld.
A.P.P submitted that appropriate order be passed. Accused submitted that
they are poor person and earning member of their family. Accused prayed
for leniency. Considering material and submission, I ordain as follows to
meet the ends of justice :
O R D E R
1. Accused no.1. Mariyarai Raippan Nadar, 2. Salman Mohd. Sharif
Shaikh, 3. Mohd. Yakub Baba Hussain, 4. Imran Ahmed Gulam
Waris Ansari and 5. Wasim Kadar Khan are convicted vide section
252 of The Criminal Procedure Code for the offence punishable
U/Sec.283 of IPC. They are sentenced to pay fine of Rs.100/
(Rupees Hundred only) each.
2. The copy of the Judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
(Judgment is pronounced in open court.)
