1. Advocate for complainant present.
2. Heard. Advocate for complainant.
3. He submitted that accused No.1 Mid City Infrastructure
Pvt. Ltd. and its directors accused Nos.2 to 5 are served the notice of
transfer in present case as per order of Hon’ble Supreme Court in
Transfer Petition. There is reason to believe that accused persons are
made aware about the complaint transferred for further hearing to this
court which is renumbered as C.C.No.297/SC/2024. However, it would
not be just and proper to issue Non Bailable Warrant forthwith in
absence of affidavit of service of notice upon the accused. Hence, I
pass following order.
ORDER
1. Application for issuance Non Bailable Warrants against the
accused persons is kept in abeyance till next date.
2. The complainant to file affidavit of service of notice upon the
accused persons.
3. The order be uploaded on CIS for the knowledge of the
accused Nos.1 to 5.
