Today, both accused appeared before me and submitted that
they want to plead guilt. They are identified by their advocate. Particulars
of offence is framed against them, to which they voluntarily pleaded
guilty. Heard accused in person. They submitted that lenient view may
be taken as they are only earning members in their respective families.
Considering the nature of offence, circumstances under which it is
committed, antecedents of the accused & their age, I proceed to pass
following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused 1. Mohd. Saood Asif Qureshi and 2. Abdul Rahim
Shaikh are hereby convicted for the offence under Section 279
r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.
1,000/( Rupees one thousand only) each, and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten)days
each.
2. They are hereby convicted for the offence under Section 336 r/w
34 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 200/
( Rupees Two Hundred only) each, and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 (Two) days each.
3. They are hereby convicted for the offence under Section 184 of
Motor Vehicle Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/( Rupees

one thousand only) each, and in default of payment of fine,
to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days each.
4. Seized motorcycles bearing No. MH02V0404 and MH03DF
8674, be returned to its original owner, after due verification.
5. Copy of judgment be supplied to both accused free of cost.
