COMMITTAL ORDER
This chargesheet is submitted against the accused before this Court
by Sr. Inspector of police, Shahu Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for the
offence punishable U/Sec.376 (2) (n), 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Copy
of chargesheet is already furnished to the advocate of accused.
The offence punishable U/Sec.376 of the Indian Penal Code against
accused is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence, this
case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, U/Sec.209 of the
Criminal Procedure Code.
The accused is in jail. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the
accused before Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 17.12.2019.
The record and proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Bombay forthwith. The Shahu Nagar police station is hereby directed to
produce the muddemal property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Bombay as and when directed.
