ORDER BELOW APPLICATION OF APPLICANT SEEKING NO OBJECTION
FOR ISSUANCE OF FRESH PASSPORT
1] This is an application filed by applicant/accused Milind Ankush
Sawant in connection with C.C. No.1287/PW/2010 chargesheeted for the
offences U/Sec.143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 452, 324, 506(2) of the I.P.C.
registered at Bandra Police Station seeking no objection for issuance of fresh
passport.
2] The Ld. APP filed say and submitted that the case is old one. If
permission granted the accused may abscond. Hence, prayed to reject the
application.
3] Perused application, documents, affidavit and say. Also, perused
the chargesheet filed on record. The applicant who as per entry in charge
sheet, document as well as his own contention is permanent resident of
Mumbai, is not charged for heinous crime. Since he is represented by pleader, I
do not find that the progress of the case would be hampered, if he is granted no
objection for getting the passport.
4] Considering the above, I deem fit to allow the application as
follows:
O R D E R
i] The applicant/accused Milind Ankush Sawant is hereby given no

objection for getting the passport which be considered by the
passport authority in accordance with law.
ii] The applicant/accused shall not leave India without prior
permission of the Court.
