ORDER
1. Heard.
2. The complainant is still praying for direction for registration of
FIR. However, in view of Order dated 14.11.2019 and acceptance of
verification of statement under Sec. 200 of CrPC, said prayer cannot be
considered. The complaint is very vague and does not contain the details
about commission of alleged offence. The verification statement also is not
sufficient to clarify the picture about the situation alleged. In view of
argument of the complainant, it appears that the matter needs
consideration. However, the argument does not find support from the
contents of the complaint and the verification statement. The complainant
has not supplied details about the alleged crime sworn on affidavit. The
complaint in the present form is not sufficient to proceed against the
accused. Hence, cognizance cannot be taken on the basis of the complaint
and the verification statement. Hence, the complaint is dismissed under sec.
203 of CrPC.
