for issuance of fresh passport.
1. Perused the application. Perused the documents produced by the
applicant/accused. Heard advocate for the applicant.
2. By this application the accused/applicant is seeking permission of
this court in the matter of issuance of issue of fresh passport. Say of APP is
called.
3. Say of APP was called. Ld. APP opposed the application and
submitted that the presence is required for trial. He prayed for rejection.
4. The accused filed an affidavit & copy of Aadhar card in support of
his application.
5. In view of submission made by accused, time required to conduct
the hearing and to dispose of the case. No reason found to deny

the permission. This court has no objection to give permission for issuance of
fresh passport. Hence, order -
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) This Court has no objection if the fresh passport is issued to the
accused as per rules.
iii) The accused /applicant shall not travel abroad without prior
permission of this Court.
iv) The applicant/accused shall file copy of the passport before this
Court as soon as he receives it.
