COMMON ORDER BELW APPLICATIONS FOR GRANTING NOC FOR RENEWAL
OF PASSPORT
1. Perused the applications. Perused the documents produced by the
applicants/accused. Heard advocate for the applicants.
2. By these applications the accused/applicants are seeking
permission of this court in the matter of renewal of their passport. Their
passports were exprired on 23.08.2026. Xerox copy of passport is attached
with the applications.
3. Say of APP was called. Ld. APP opposed the application and
submitted that the presence is required for trial. He prayed for rejection.
4. The accused filed affidavit in support of their applications
alongwith the copy of passport and Aadhar card.
5. In view of submission made by accused, time required to conduct
the hearing and to dispose of the case. No reason found to deny the permission.

This court has no objection to consider the passport renewal applications of the
abovesaid accused as per the concerned Act. Hence, order -
ORDER
i) The applications are allowed.
ii) This Court has no objection to consider the renewal application of
the abovesaid accused as per rules.
iii) The applicants/accused shall file copy of the passport before this
Court as soon as they receives it.
