Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.61, 318(4), 319(2), 336(2),
336(3), 338, 340(2) of the BNS and Section 66-C, 66-D of Information
Technology Act. Prosecution alleged that, accused has cheated the
informant for Rs.66,72,000/- by cyber fraud and misappropriated the
said amount. Huge amount involved. Investigation is not over. It is in
progress. Therefore, the accused is not entitle to enlarge on bail.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
