ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The applicant/accused has moved application for permission to travel
abroad from 16.11.2019 to 19.11.2019. He moved application on 13.11.2019.
The say of prosecution was called and the case was kept on 15.11.2019. The
accused filed copy of his travel tickets on 15.11.2019. It was kept back for
argument and order. However, order could not be passed as there were two
witnesses for 164 CrPC statement. Further, there was address by Hon'ble Chief
Justice of India. Thus, the application was kept on 16.11.2019. Advocate of the
applicant/accused was directed to seek instructions and the application is listed
for today. The advocate of the applicant/accused orally submitted that he did not
receive instructions from the applicant. He not pressed the application. On
perusal of the air tickets, it appears that the accused had booked tickets on
06.11.2019. However, he filed application after one week for the reasons best
known to him. Due to heavy schedule, his application could not be heard and
decided. Thus, the applicant is warned that he should move application on next
occasion well in advance. The present application has become infructuos. Hence,
it is disposed off.
