ORDER BELOW EXH.01 IN LOKADALAT
Today the authorized person viz. Yogesh Annasaheb Babar
of complainant is present before the panel and submits that, he do not
want to proceed with the case. The offence is charge against all accused
is under section 25 r/w 27 of Payment and Settlement Systems Act,
2007, which is compoundable. Therefore, in view of Exh.2 to Exh.5 the
case is withdrawn, as compounded. Hence, I proceed to pass following
order.
ORDER
1. The accused is acquitted of the offence punishable
under Section 25 r/w 27 of Payment and Settlement
Systems Act, 2007 vide Section 320 (8) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure.
2. Bail bonds of the accused stands cancelled.
