Charge : U/sec.353, 332, 354, 504, 143, 147, 149 of I.P.C.
COMMITTAL ORDER
All accused are present. They are on bail. They are charged with the
offence punishable under section 353 and 332 of Indian Penal Code which are
exclusively triable by the Court of Session. The copies of police report and other
documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. The accused are represented by Lawyer. The case will have
to be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session. Hence, the order :
1. The case be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
2. The accused are directed to appear before the Hon'ble Court of Session on
15/01/2020.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be produced in
evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Mahim be directed to produce
muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or before 15/01/2020.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case to the
Hon'ble Court of Session.
