By the captioned application accused has prayed to transfer the
matter at Andheri Court for want of jurisdiction.
2. Complainant objected the application vide Exh.30.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Complainant has annexed photocopy of cancelled cheque pertaining
to his account. There is reason to believe that complainant is holding bank
account maintained with ICICI Bank, Bandra(W), Mumbai branch which
falls within the jurisdiction of this court. No substance found in the
application of accused. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1) Application is rejected.
2) Order be uploaded on CIS for the knowledge of the parties.
3) Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
