Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
remaining absent since many occasion. Moreover, no effective steps has
been taken on behalf of applicant to proceed further. Therefore, no

have failed to prosecute the same in proper perspective. Interim order, if
any stands vacated. Hence, I find that, this case can be disposed of .
