prosecution can not be continued against him. Hence, I pass following
order.

1. Prosecution against the accused stands abated.
2. The proceeding stands closed for the reason of death of
accused.
3. The Bail Bond of accused stands cancelled.
4. Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
