Today, Varad Sanjay Bharnuke is an authorized person of
complaint company alongwith Ld. Advocate Shri D. P. Tiwari present
before the court. Complainant has filed application (Exh.-3) for permission
to withdraw the case. It is contended therein that, dispute between
accused and complainant is settled out of the court and complainant do
not want to proceed with this case. Hence, prayed for withdrawal
