ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 437 of Code of
Criminal Procedure, for return of property i.e. transfer of amount to the
account of applicant, duped by accused persons from him.
2. During investigation it is transpired that after obtaining it from the
applicant the amount is deposited in Crypto Currency Wallets maintained
with Crypto Exchange named as OKX, having details of wallets as follows -

wallet of applicant Mr. Jairaj Pravin Mashru, maintained with same Crypto
Exchange i.e. OKX, the details of which are as follows -

4. Therefore, following order -

a. Application is allowed.
b. The Respondent No.02, OKX Crypto Exchange, is directed to
