This is an application for change in the name of Company and its
registered address by virtue of Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to
the change of name dated 25.08.2023.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Perused photo copy of the Certificate of Registration order for
change of name issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The name of
original complainant company came to be changed in the record of
ROC on 25.08.2023. No prejudice will be caused to the accused as the
complainant whomsoever is holder in due course of the subject cheque.
Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1) Application is allowed.
2) Complainant is directed to take appropriate steps
without further delay and make necessary changes in the
caption of complaint before Judicial Clerk.
3) Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
4) Order be uploaded on Court Web Portal for the
knowledge of parties.
