16. I am residing at Bandra since year 1984. I am indulged in
business activity of making investment. I uses to invest in all kind of
investments wherever there is possibility of profit. Earlier my father
was used to do said business. When I became major I started doing it. It
will not be correct to say that it is my ancestral business. I do not have
any other business activity other than investment. The operations of my
business of investment are carried out mainly from my residence and
some times from my office. Office No.34, Shakar Sheth Smruti, 380/82,
Jagannath Shankar Sheth Road, above Bank of Baroda, Thakurdwar,
Branch, Mumbai 400 002, is my office address. Vitthaldas Jamnadas is
Proprietary concern of M/s. Jamnadas Mathuradas HUF. I myself uses
to manage the HUF.
Cross examination is deferred till next date as court recess
time.
