This is an application by applicant for granting regular access
to her minor child by name Karan.
2. The respondent No.1 has resisted the application by filing his
say at (Exh.-16).
3. Today applicant Smt. Latika Nagar alongwith Ld. Advocate
Smt. Tai Shinde and respondent No.1 Vishal Nagar alongwith his Ld.
Advocate Shri Rahul Salve are present before the court. The applicant and
respondent have jointly filed the pursis, at (Exh.-19) and they have
mutually agreed to have the access the applicant to son Karan. They have
agreed the day of access on every Thurday of the week, at around 01.00 to
02.00 p.m., in Family Court Child Complex, at B.K.C., Bandra, Mumbai.
Considering pursis (Exh.-19) I proceed to passfollowing order.
ORDER
1 Application is allowed.
2 Permission is hereby granted to applicant to meet her minor
child Karan on every Thurday of the week, at around 01.00
to 02.00 p.m., in Family Court Child Complex, at B.K.C.,
Bandra, Mumbai.

3 The applicant and respondent are hereby directed that, they
shall not behave indecent manner with Master Karan.
4 The order will remain inforce till further order or till final
disposal of the proceeding.
5 Copy of order be sent to the councellor of Family Court,
Bandra, for information.
