Today, the applicant viz. Preeti San
desh Singh and her
husband respondent No.1 Sandesh Adyapratap Singh are present before
court. They have been identified by Ld. Advocate Smt. Poonam Upadhyay
and Ld. Advocate Shri. Shailesh Rai. The applicant by filing consent term
below (Exh.6) sought permission to withdraw the matter. According to
applicant matter has been settled between her and respondent No.1.
Sandesh Adyapratap Singh. Therefore, she do not want to proceed with
