ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH.-1
Accused present before this court. He is charged with the offence
punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code
and Maharashtra Police Act. The principal offence is exclusively triable by
the Court of Session. Prima facie case made out. Cognizance taken of the
said offences. The copies of the police report and other documents as
specified in the Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. The case needs to be committed to the Court of
Session, for trial, hence following order :
ORDER
1. The case be committed to the Court of Session.
2. Accused is directed to appear before the Court of Session on
30.03.2022.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court of Session.
4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Shahu Nagar, be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Court of Session on or before
30.03.2022, positively.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case
to the Court of Session.
6. Record and proceedings be sent to the Session Court, Greater Bombay.
