Complainant and accused are present along with their respective
Advocates. Complainant and accused have filed copies of their Identity Cards and
accused is represented by the Advocate. Amicable settlement arrived between the
parties in the Court and they have submitted joint compromise application.
Complainant submitted that, she does not want to proceed with the case.
Considering facts and circumstances of the case permission granted to
compound the case. In the result, I proceed to pass the following order :
ORDER
1. Accused is acquitted U/Sec.320 (8) of Cr.P.C. of the offence punishable
U/Sec. 341, 427 of IPC.
2. Bail bond of accused shall cancelled.
3. Pronounced in the open Court.
